Gem & Charm gel is a versatile crystal clear, medium viscosity product. When cured 30 seconds in a LED it is still sticky to the touch which allows you to apply Lux Shine top gel over it without worrying about it chipping off in between your crystal application. When cured 60 seconds it cures to a complete tack free finish allowing you to make some cool 3D effects on the top of the nail without top gel.
