Be to to apply Luxe Shine under your Sticky White Wire so the Pure Pigments only grab onto your design. Apply Chalkboard Matte under your Sticky Black Wire so you dont ruin your design underneath.
Top with either Chalkboard Matte or Luxe Shine for best results.
